It’s a beautiful place for morning runs and yoga. The beach adds a different type of energye. Just wish there were more parking spots near the eateries.

I love going for evening walks along the beach and It’s very lively and safe over there. The only downside is the rising rent prices lately in the area

Perfect for people who love a laid-back lifestyle with good cafes and sea breeze. But not ideal if you work too far from South Chennai.

The area is super green and clean and there are a lots of trees and fresh air. The public transport options though could definitely be better.

Cultural activities, music fests, and yoga sessions near the beach are a big plus. But autos tend to overcharge around this area.
