Societies here are peaceful but there's hardly any malls, cafes or entertainment spots here to chill around.
It's not a premium residential area yet. infrastructure is slowly developing but what I like is the closeness to my office and less chaos in inner colonies
IMT Manesar is not a competitive market and scope for growth is good for long term investment purpose but public transport is poor and since theres no metro the value appreciation is less
