The legacy of building dreams began, post-independence; Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru motivated Shri Gopal Chandrabhan to contribute to building a progressive nation. Under the flagship of GHP Corp, Powai’s development began with Gopal Sharma’s construction. After the fruitful establishment of IIT, Prashant Apartments became Powai’s landmark property, followed by Bhawani Tower.
